Most of the utilities that have the problem your product solves have already filed the answer with their regulator.
The published record separates them. Some report losses they cannot explain. Some stopped filing years ago. Some file a figure that moves so far year to year that a single year of it is a weak basis for anything.
All of it is public. None of it is usable in the shape it is published in, which is the part we do.
A short call is usually enough to say whether we are the right people for it.
